Shipping Information

We ship through any standard courier service throughout India and via registered post. For orders outside India, we utilize the Indian Post Office, DHL, or Aramex.

Transit Times: International orders typically take 10-14 working days, while domestic orders arrive within 3-7 working days. Products are dispatched within 1-4 working days, unless a different timeline is specified on the product page.

Please note: Personalised items are made to order and will be dispatched within the stipulated timeframe mentioned on the product page. These orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Shipping Charges, Duties & Taxes

Domestic: Free shipping on domestic orders over ₹1,299. A flat fee of ₹99 applies to orders under ₹1,299. An additional fee is charged for COD orders which completely depends upon the Order Value.

International: We charge an additional fee for shipping on international orders. Please be aware that duties and taxes are not included in your order total. Any applicable duties or charges are levied once the product enters your country and must be paid by the customer directly to the shipping agency.

SHOP INTOTO is not liable to pay any duties or taxes if a customer refuses to pay them for an international order.

Returns & Exchanges

It is our earnest effort to deliver the best quality products. As a policy, we offer 7 days for exchange and returns on any product delivered in the best condition.

  • Custom-made orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
  • If a product is wrongfully delivered (mismatch with order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, we will re-fulfill your order upon verification. The correct product will be delivered within 10 working days.
  • Our pieces are handcrafted; slight variations in color and form are considered acceptable.
  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item.

If you are shipping an item over INR 1000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
